HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD

Was told my item was out of stock and would ship whenever it comes in. i replied with a how long are you expecting. nothing gave it a few days followed up nothing. then tried over the chat, nothing. I have emailed 7 times over the past 2.5 weeks with no answer. I was incredibly excited to order more from this company but I wouldn't trust them to give any kind of customer service if anything was wrong. I eventually filled a claim with my cc company.

I've attached a part directly from there contact us which is clearly a lie.

Pago 15€ para que el paquete llegue por DHL,pone que han intentado entregarlo (Mentira),por otra persona me aconseja que pregunte en correos,allí estaba el paquete,con una nota que ponía que no cabía en el buzón,no he conseguido ponerme en contacto ni con DHL y lo peor tampoco con watch plaza,,no cumplen con lo pactado, NO COMPRES EN ESTA EMPRESA, perderás mucho tiempo y dinero.
