Shipping Options

1. Deutsche Post / DHL Globalmail

  • Description: Standard method for shipping watch straps and parts internationally.

  • Tracking: Includes Track & Trace.

  • Insurance: Insured up to €100.

  • Costs: Vary from €4.99 to approximately €39.99, depending on the destination.

  • Delivery Times: Several weeks; varies by country (see delivery time section).

Note: For non-EU countries, customs or import charges may apply.

2. DHL Express

  • Description: Fast and reliable shipping for larger or heavier orders.

  • Tracking: Includes Track & Trace.

  • Insurance: Fully insured.

  • Costs: Vary from €34 to approximately €120.

  • Delivery Times: A few days; varies by country (see delivery time section).


Delivery Times

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 16:00 CET are processed the same day (if in stock).

  • Products not in stock are sourced from our suppliers. Delivery times for these depend on the brand and supplier.

Indicative Delivery Times

Deutsche Post / DHL Globalmail:

  • Germany, Belgium: 2-5 days

  • UK, France, Poland, Luxembourg: 4-10 days

  • Rest of Europe: 3-14 days

  • USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Thailand: 6-18 days

  • Rest of Asia: 6-21 days

  • South America & Rest of the World: 1-4 weeks

DHL Express:

  • UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain: 1-2 days

  • USA, Rest of Europe: 2-3 days

  • Australia, Canada, Saudi Arabia: 2-4 days

  • Brazil, Mexico, Japan: 3-5 days

  • New Zealand, Argentina: 4-6 days

Customs clearance for countries outside the EU may cause delays.

 


International Shipments

  • Orders shipped abroad are handled by Deutsche Post or DHL Express, based on your selection.

  • Deutsche Post shipments include Track & Trace and insurance up to €100. Delivery times depend on the destination.

  • DHL Express offers faster delivery with insurance and tracking.


Import Duties

For shipments outside the EU, customs duties or taxes may apply. We recommend checking local import regulations in your country before placing an order.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

  • After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

  • Products must be:

    • In original condition, unused, and undamaged.

    • Returned in original packaging with all accessories and the packing slip.

Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned product, provided it meets the return conditions.

To initiate a return:

  • Register your return in your account or contact us.

Exchange Policy

  • To exchange a product, follow the return instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.


Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Shipping costs from you to us are at your expense.

  • The item must be undamaged, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be registered within 14 days of receipt and received by us within 30 days after registration.

  • Include your name, order number, and packing slip in the return package.

  • Clearly state your bank account number for refunds.
