The first chapter ring I received was cracked. I reached out to customer service not expecting much to be done. To my surprise, they sent me a replacement once they got more in stock and told me they had missed the crack in the chapter ring during their inspection. Very great people to do business with. Shipping may be a little slow, but the quality and customer service make up for the shipping speed. Thank you!

Even if the Seiko's lume is not the brigjtest in the world it can keep the lume very long and it is perfectly applied. Nice clean and crisp cut on the edges and fine polished surface. 100% fit and length as to be expected from OEM parts. Very satisfying.
