We’re sorry to hear that your experience with our email communication did not meet your expectations. Over the more than 10 years that Watch Plaza has been operating, you have placed a total of three orders with us: one in 2020 and two in November 2025. While this does not take away from your experience, it does suggest that the issue you describe has not been a recurring pattern across many orders.
