Festina is founded in Switzerland in 1902. In 1984 Festina was taken over by Miguel Rodriguez, who also founded the watch-brand Lotus in 1981. Lotus also has two jewelry lines, namely; the Lotus Style & the Lotus Silver collections.
Festina has the most important production-centres located in Switzerland & Spain and the Festina-Group sells approximately 5.000.000 wristwatches a year.
