We ship worldwide from The Netherlands with reliable carriers including DHL Express, Deutsche Post / Globalmail, USPS, and Royal Mail.

All orders are insured and include tracking. Most are dispatched within 24 hours.

 

Estimated delivery times:

  • 🇪🇺 European Union: 1–5 business days (All taxes prepaid — no import duties apply)

  • 🇺🇸 USA: 1–3 business days via DHL Express (Import duties, taxes or handling fees may apply upon delivery)

  • 🇬🇧 UK: 1–3 business days via DHL Express or 3–8 days via Royal Mail (Orders up to £135: UK VAT is included at checkout - Orders above £135: Import VAT and possible duties are charged upon delivery) 
  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 1–3 business days via DHL Express or 7–14 days via DHL Globalmail (For most orders under AUD 1,000, no import duties or taxes are charged at the border)

 

  • 🌍 Rest of the world: 3–14 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping Options

1.  DHL Globalmail & local courier

  • Description: Standard method for shipping watch straps and parts internationally.

  • Tracking: Includes Track & Trace

  • Insurance: Fully Insured 

  • Costs: Vary from $5 to approximately $50, depending on the destination and weight. 

  • Delivery Times: 1 to 2 weeks. Differs by country (see delivery time section).

Note: For non-EU countries, customs or import charges may apply for this method.

 

2. DHL Express

  • Description: Fast and reliable shipping for larger or heavier orders.

  • Tracking: Includes Track & Trace.

  • Insurance: Fully insured.

  • Costs: Vary from $30 to approximately $120.

  • Delivery Times: 1 day up to 3 days; varies by destination (see delivery/ transit times section).


Order Processing

  • Orders are mostly processed the same day (if in stock). 

  • Products not in stock are sourced from our suppliers. Delivery times for these depend on the brand and supplier.

Indicative Delivery Times

DHL Globalmail / Deutsche Post:

  • Germany: 2-5 days

  • UK, France, Poland, Luxembourg: 4-10 days

  • Rest of Europe: 3-14 days

  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Thailand: 6-18 days

  • Rest of Asia, South-America & Rest of World: 1-3 weeks

DHL Express:

  • UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain: 1-2 days

  • New Zealand, Argentina: 3-6 days

Import Duties

For shipments outside the European Union, import duties, VAT/GST, or customs-related fees may apply. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and/or carriers in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer upon import or delivery.

🇺🇸 United States:
Import duties may be low or 0% for many watch parts, but customs processing fees or carrier handling charges may still apply upon arrival.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom:
Orders above £135 are generally subject to import VAT and possibly customs duties upon arrival. Orders below this threshold may still be subject to VAT depending on the applicable regulations.

🇦🇺 Australia:
For most shipments with a value of AUD 1,000 or less, no duties, taxes or import charges are applied at the border. For higher-value shipments, import GST, duties and clearance fees may apply.

🇨🇦 Canada:
Shipments may be subject to GST/HST, possible import duties, and carrier handling or brokerage fees upon delivery.

 


Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

  • After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

  • Products must be:

    • In original condition, unused, and undamaged.

    • Returned in original packaging with all accessories and the packing slip.

Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned product, provided it meets the return conditions.

  • To exchange a product, follow the return instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.


Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Shipping costs from you to us are at your expense.

  • The item must be undamaged, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be registered within 14 days of receipt and received by us within 30 days after registration.

  • Include your name, order number, and packing slip in the return package.

  • Clearly state your bank account number for refunds.
